Jo is a CIPD qualified HR professional with extensive experience in HR. She has worked in a variety of industries and organisations and has spent a long period of her career at O2, where she worked in specialist roles in Policy and People Change. Jo also has extensive generalist HR experience working in smaller companies. This has included working with managers to maximise their team's potential through increasing employee engagement, conflict resolution and supporting with managing performance.
