Sutura’s drug conjugate latform leverages synthetic biomolecules, high payload delivery, and hypoimmunogenic technologies to author the next generation of biomolecular medicines.
At Sutura, we design Cell Penetrating Peptides (CPPs), which are synthetic biomolecules consisting of a specially designed peptide domain and an active biomolecular domain specific to the targeted disease. CPPs are designed to treat diseases that cannot be treated by conventional small molecules but require specific biomolecules to interact effectively with the disease target.
